Brook Ostrander is president and founder of BKD Learning®.

Brook is an accomplished, analytical and solutions-driven professional with proven success providing leadership and defining strategy in the development of organizations, leaders, teams, and processes to achieve measurable performance results. She is an astute collaborator with a record of success as both an in-house leader and consultant, generating and managing relationships and strengthening organizational impact through integrated, global implementations from conception to execution.

With over eighteen years’ experience developing, coordinating, and delivering programs both nationally and internationally, Brook knows that structure, efficiency, and a focus on development is key to every company’s success. She is passionate about assessing needs, creative problem-solving, and expanding skill sets. Her knowledge of adult learning methodology and experience with both synchronous and asynchronous learning allows her to design education that align with each firm’s needs and goals. Implementing proven practices in firms large and small, she improves employee motivation, engagement, performance, and retention.

Brook has a Master’s degree in Organization Development and Change from Penn State, where she has also earned certificates in Consulting Skills and Operation Excellence. She has a Bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University in Psychology with a minor in Business Management and is a credentialed ATD Master Performance Consultant.
