Brook is an accomplished, analytical, and solutions-oriented professional with a strong track record of leading and shaping strategies to develop organizations, leaders, teams, and processes for measurable performance improvement. She is a skilled collaborator with success as both an in-house leader and consultant, adept at building and managing relationships to enhance organizational impact through global, end-to-end implementations.

With over 20 years of experience in designing, coordinating, and delivering programs nationally and internationally, Brook understands that structure, efficiency, and a commitment to development are essential to any company’s success. She is passionate about identifying needs, solving problems creatively, and fostering skill growth. Her expertise in adult learning methodologies and experience with both synchronous and asynchronous learning enables her to design educational solutions that align with each organization’s unique goals. By applying proven practices across various firms, Brook enhances employee motivation, engagement, performance, and retention.

Brook has a master’s degree in organizational development and change from Penn State, where she has also earned certificates in consulting skills and operation excellence. She has a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Brigham Young University with a minor in business management and is a credentialed ATD Master Performance Consultant.
